Aroma: ripe yellow fruit, acacia, vanilla

Palate: ripe stone fruit, basil, Mediterranean herbs, minerals

Straw yellow with gold reflections. Fermented and raised a year in 500 litre casks on its fine lees, it is concentrated and mineral, closing on ripe fruit and basil.

What it pairs with

  • Sea and freshwater fish
Ferdinand names both; the wine has weight without oak dominance.
  • Local dried meats
The producer recommends it even with charcuterie, which its concentration supports.
  • Roast chicken with herbs
The basil and herb register in the wine runs with the seasoning.
