The reference Tavel from La Mordoree; a full-bodied, structured dry rose with vibrant red fruit, garrigue freshness, and remarkable depth for the style.

What it pairs with

  • Bouillabaisse
Full-bodied dry Tavel rose is the traditional Provencal accompaniment to fish stew.
  • Grilled squid with garlic and herbs
High acidity and mineral freshness cut through squid richness.
  • Salade Nicoise
Herb notes and red fruit character are natural companions to the classic salad.
  • Tapenade on grilled bread with goat cheese
Mineral freshness and red fruit balance the salt of tapenade and tang of cheese.
