Medium-bodiedHigh acidityDryLong finish

Aroma: citrus, green apple, white flowers

Palate: lemon, crushed stone, almond

Marko Skocaj bottles his whites bone dry, under two grams of residual sugar, with no attempt at false weight. This is the Rebula in that style: taut, mineral and citrus driven.

What it pairs with

  • Oysters
The wine's dryness and acidity meet the brine without interference.
  • Grilled sea bass
Medium weight and mineral cut sit beside white fish.
  • Brda prosciutto
Acidity cuts the cure and there is no sugar to blunt the salt.
