Moncerbal is drawn from three parcels within the Moncerbal site at Corullón, centenarian Mencía trained as bush vines, 80 per cent facing southwest and 20 per cent northeast. Ricardo Pérez Palacios vinifies and bottles it apart from the rest of the range.
