Joint-venture Champagne Blanc de Blancs from the Peters-Liebart family of Champagne Pierre Peters with Brad Pitt and the Stoli Group, bottled under the Muse de Miraval label; chalky, ginger-driven and built for cellaring.
What it pairs with
-
Oysters on the half shell
Muse's saline and chalk minerality match oyster brine; the dosage cuts the iodine sweetness. -
Lobster with butter sauce
Rich shellfish meets the Champagne's brioche-and-chalk register; acidity refreshes between bites. -
Aged Comte gougeres
Cheese-puff classics align with the wine's toasted brioche notes; bubbles refresh the palate. -
Sashimi
Raw fish freshness meets the cuvee's lime and ginger lift; the chalk minerality matches sea-bream and yellowtail.
