History
Bodegas Tradición's Pedro Ximénez VOS is one of the rarest aged PX wines in Jerez, coming from a solera of documented 20-plus years average age. The VOS (Vinum Optimum Signatum) certification requires isotopic analysis by the Consejo Regulador. As with all Tradición wines, no effort is made to increase volume at the expense of age or quality.
- 1998 — Old PX solera acquired by Bodegas Tradición
- 2000 — Pedro Ximénez VOS certified by the Consejo Regulador
