Founded by Josep Lluis Perez in 1981 and now led by his daughter Sara Perez, Mas Martinet is one of the five founding estates of modern Priorat. The estate produces ecologically farmed wines from steep llicorella slate plots.

Founded in 2002 by Dominik Huber, Terroir al Limit champions minimal-intervention winemaking and biodynamic viticulture across steep single-vineyard plots in Torroja del Priorat and surrounding villages.

Founded in 2005 by pharmaceutical entrepreneur Sergi Ferrer-Salat and former Torres technical director Raul Bobet, Ferrer Bobet focuses on old-vine Garnacha and Cariñena from the mountain terrain between Falset and Porrera.

Founded in the early 1990s by singer Lluis Llach and his partner Enric Costa in Porrera. Mas de la Rosa holds Gran Vinya Classificada status, the highest tier in DOQ Priorat. The estate is known for Cariñena-dominant blends.

Established in 1998 by the Llagostera family, continuing a tradition from 1850. Winemaker Sergi Batet applies organic and biodynamic practices. The 1902 Tossal d'en Bou cuvee holds Gran Vinya Classificada status.

The Rovira Carbonell family acquired this 125-hectare estate in 1998 and introduced CAAE-certified organic farming under Marta Rovira Carbonell. Based in Bellmunt del Priorat within the Bellmunt Vi de Vila appellation.
