- Drive to Mas Martinet in Falset for an afternoon appointment. Sara Perez's biodynamic-practising estate offers tasting and cellar visits by prior arrangement. The Cami Pessebre and Clos Martinet are the flagship wines.

- Evening in Falset, tasting at local wine bars on the Carrer de la Bassa.

- Morning appointment at Clos de l'Obac (Costers del Siurana) in Gratallops, the estate of Carles Pastrana, the fifth of the Cinc Pioners. Clos de l'Obac and Miserere are the flagship wines. Then drive to Porrera, about 20 minutes, for a walk through the Carinena terraces that distinguish Porrera's profile from Gratallops.
- Afternoon
- Final tasting visit at Vall Llach in Porrera, which has a tasting room in the village and offers visits to the terraces. The Idus and Porrera Vi de Vila are the key bottlings from this estate.
- Evening
- Return to base. If departing by car to Barcelona, allow 1 hour 45 minutes.
