Founded in 1979 by Rene Barbier, Clos Mogador is one of the five estates that revived DOQ Priorat with the celebrated 1989 harvest. The estate's Manyetes plot holds Vinya Classificada status in the DOQ Priorat classification.

Alvaro Palacios established his Priorat estate in 1989 as one of the five founding producers of modern Priorat. His L'Ermita vineyard in Bellmunt del Priorat holds Gran Vinya Classificada status, the highest tier of the DOQ Priorat classification.

Founded in 1989 by Carles Pastrana as one of the five original Priorat pioneers. Winemaker Mariona Jarque leads production. Their fixed-coupage approach uses consistent vineyard parcels and blend percentages each vintage.

Founded by Josep Lluis Perez in 1981 and now led by his daughter Sara Perez, Mas Martinet is one of the five founding estates of modern Priorat. The estate produces ecologically farmed wines from steep llicorella slate plots.
