The classic dry Fino and cured ham pairing. -
Aceitunas manzanilla (manzanilla olives)
The wine's brine character amplifies the saltiness of cured olives. -
Boquerones fritos

History
Tío Mateo Fino was developed as the everyday Fino label at Real Tesoro, the house owned by Grupo Estévez in Jerez. The Tío Mateo name is a traditional family reference; the wine represents an accessible, widely-distributed Fino from the same Jerez infrastructure that produces the more premium Inocente single-vineyard Fino.
- 1900 — Tío Mateo Fino established in the Real Tesoro commercial range
- 1999 — Grupo Estévez acquires Real Tesoro and Valdespino, maintaining the Tío Mateo brand
