What it pairs with
-
Duck liver with toast
Traditional Aszú pairing; the wine's sweet-acid balance handles the liver richness. -
Roquefort with dried apricots
The Aszú's fruit and sweetness balance strong blue cheese and apricot garnish. -
Vanilla ice cream
Clean vanilla cream and the wine's stone-fruit character make an accessible pairing.
