In the glass
Aroma: oak, white flowers
Palate: citrus, butter
Chardonnay on clay soils, vinified and raised at least a year in Burgundian pieces and kept away from air throughout, so none of the Jura veil character appears. Ligier notes light oak on the first nose giving way to white flowers and minerality, then citrus and a buttery base.
