Palate: blackcurrant, cocoa, dried herbs
The estate reserves the Brjac name for a mature, long raised Merlot released only in the strongest vintages. Full, warm and firmly structured.
What it pairs with

Grilled beef
Firm tannin handles the marbling and the char picks up the cocoa. -
Game goulash
Dried herbs in the wine repeat the pot. -
Aged mountain cheese
The salt lifts the dark fruit and softens the tannin.
