Clear to crystalline, citrine with light straw tints, showing lime blossom and orange flower married to peach, mango and papaya and fine fresh vanilla. The mouth is wide and balanced between acidity and freshness with an expressive velvety, mineral texture and a long, persistent finish.
The estate recommends it at 12C with poultry, intensely flavoured fish, cured cheeses and dishes in unctuous sauces.
