History

Grapes for the Amarone come from Mandolari, Tondin, Bosco and La Costa, hand-picked in the third ten days of September with the best sun-exposed bunches selected, then dried in the fruttaio for ninety to one hundred and ten days and fermented without added yeasts for thirty to forty days on the skins.
