History

Originally a Pinot Noir-based rose Cava, Intens Rosat was rebuilt from the 2014 vintage as a Monastrell-Garnatxa Brut Nature Corpinnat using indigenous Mediterranean reds rather than Burgundian Pinot Noir. Hand-disgorged after 30 months on lees, Demeter-certified.
