History

Visol (from vi sol, wine on its own) is the first Brut Nature Cava in history. Josep Mestres Manobens produced the first zero-dosage vintage in 1945 and registered the Visol trademark with the Spanish Patent Office in 1948, establishing the Brut Nature category that now defines top-tier Cava and Corpinnat production.
