History

Original 1887 is Llopart's long-aged tribute cuvee, named for the year the family adopted Champagne traditional-method production. The blend revives Montonega (a heritage white from Penedes Superior) alongside Xarel-lo and Macabeu, aged 60-plus months on lees in the cellars beneath the Heretat Can Llopart de Subirats estate.
