Palate: concentrated black fruit, cedar spice, fine tannins, mineral backbone

Pradorey's flagship Reserva from La Horra, showing concentrated dark cherry, cassis and violet with cedar and a mineral backbone from 18 months in new French oak in the estate's modern gravity-flow cellar.

What it pairs with

  • Roast rack of Castilian lamb
Concentrated dark fruit and fine tannins are a natural match for herb-crusted rack of lamb.
  • Grilled Iberico pluma
The wine's concentration and cedar spice suit the premium marbled pork cut.
  • Aged Manchego with membrillo
Dark fruit and mineral backbone pair elegantly with the cheese-and-quince combination.
