Langlois's Brut Rose draws over 60 percent of its blend from clay-limestone Cabernet Franc parcels in Montreuil-Bellay and Le Puy Notre-Dame. Eighteen months on the lees (three months above the Champagne minimum of 15) build depth without sacrificing freshness.
