Aroma: sour cherry, blueberry, red cherry, aromatic herbs

Palate: red fruits, earth, tobacco, spices

Bright, deep ruby Nemea with depth and density on the nose, red fruits and herbs over a touch of minerality, and a medium to full palate with very high quality tannins and a long, evolving aftertaste.

What it pairs with

  • Charcoal-grilled lamb chops
The firm tannins and smoky, earthy register meet the fat and char directly.
  • Slow-cooked rooster in tomato sauce
Sour cherry acidity mirrors the tomato while the tannin handles the long-cooked bird.
  • Hard yellow cheeses
The mineral edge and long aftertaste keep pace with salty, aged cheese.
