Allow 95 minutes from open to pour.

Ebeia is Portia's Reserva tier, named for the ancient Iberian settlement near Gumiel de Izán. It spends 16 months in French oak and represents the estate's expression of greater concentration and structure from its best Tinto Fino parcels.
