History

The Corvina Veronese is made from Corvina and Corvinone, which the estate describes as Pier Paolo's favourite varieties. About twenty percent of the fruit is dried for two weeks in the fruttaio to add complexity and roundness before twelve months split between oak and steel. Seven thousand bottles a year.
