History

Theobroma is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Croatina grown in the estate's vineyards in Marano di Valpolicella and San Pietro in Cariano between 150 and 250 metres, which places it outside the Valpolicella DOC rules and under Rosso Veronese IGT. Three to four thousand bottles a year.
