Estate founded in 1768 by Don Jaime Feixes, acquired by the Huguet family in the late 19th century. Located on the northern slopes between Alt Penedes and Anoia at Cabrera de Mediona, these are the farthest Penedes vineyards from the Mediterranean with extreme continental temperature variation. 70 hectares producing roughly 200,000 bottles per year. Corpinnat member since 2019; still wines under DO Penedes.
Tasting: Visit to the historic Can Feixes farmhouse covering the 13th-century chapel, the working cellar and a tasting of the Huguet de Can Feixes Corpinnat plus Selecio still wines.

Founded in 1865 in Vilobi del Penedes by Francisco Jose Domenech. Named after the local Santa Maria de Vallformosa church. Fifth-generation family-owned. Produces around 10 million bottles of Cava and 2 million bottles of still wine per year.
Tasting: Cellar visit at the original 19th-century facilities in Vilobi, plus a flight comparing Origen, Mistinguett and MVSA Brut Nature cuvees.

Founded in 1980 by Carlos Sumarroca and his wife Nuria at the 40-hectare Finca Moli Coloma estate in Subirats. A CCPAE-certified estate-grown organic Cava producer that has grown to 400 hectares. In March 2026 three Sumarroca paraje sites were added to the Cava de Paraje Calificado expansion.
Tasting: Visit at Finca Moli Coloma includes vineyard walk through the certified-organic plots, the modern winery and a tasting flight covering the Nuria Claverol Cava range and Temps de Flors whites.

Documented at Sant Marti Sarroca since 1303. Modern Cava production from 1940 under Josep Valles Rovira at a modernist winery. The underground Cava cellar is unique in the world for its six-pointed-star structure with a central roundabout, 12 metres beneath the 15th-century farmhouse. The estate also features modernist gardens.

Family-owned estate founded in 1984 by Michel Gilleron Parellada de Naveran at the Can Parellada farmhouse in Torrelavit. 110 hectares of terraces and woodlands in Alt Penedes producing 375,000 bottles of Cava and 250,000 bottles of still wine per year. Sustainable practices with no herbicides or pesticides; organic fertilisers only.
Tasting: Estate tour at the 110-hectare Sant Marti Sadevesa property includes vineyard walk, sustainable-viticulture demonstration and tastings of Manuela Chardonnay Crianza, Clos Antonia Viognier Crianza and Don Pablo Cabernet Reserve.
