Rovellats Imperial Brut Nature Reserva is the modern flagship of the brand documented at Sant Marti Sarroca since 1303, with sparkling production from 1940. The wine ages in the six-pointed-star underground cellar 12 metres beneath the 15th-century farmhouse.
