    Afternoon
    Afternoon visit to Llopart on the Heretat Llopart estate above Subirats. The visit covers the family's 1385 farmhouse, the cellar and a tasting of the Integral and Leopardi ranges. Walking access to the upper vineyards is included.
    Evening

    Morning at Sabate i Coca Castellroig on the Carretera Sant Sadurni a Vilafranca in Subirats. The tasting covers the single-parcel Terroirs releases.

    Afternoon at Celler Pardas at Finca Can Comas in Torrelavit. The visit walks the estate vineyards and woodland, and includes a Sus Generis Xarel-lo and Aspriu Sumoll tasting.

  1. Day 1

    Morning
    Arrive at Vilafranca del Penedes. Morning at Familia Torres on the Pacs del Penedes estate, with a tour of the Mas La Plana vineyard, the cellar visitor centre and a tasting of Vina Esmeralda, Salmos and Mas La Plana. Torres is the largest Penedes still-wine producer.

    Afternoon at Loxarel at the Masia Can Mayol in Vilobi del Penedes. Loxarel is Demeter-certified biodynamic and ferments in concrete eggs and amphorae. The visit includes the amphorae room and a tasting of the 109 Xarel-lo orange-style bottling.

    Drive back to Vilafranca for dinner.

    Morning
    Morning at Pares Balta in Pacs del Penedes. The Cusine-Carol family estate is organic and biodynamic-practising with a small Cava range and still-wine bottlings. The tour includes the farmyard livestock that are part of the biodynamic system.

    Final afternoon at Mas Comtal in Avinyonet del Penedes for organic still whites and reds, or extend the visit time at Pares Balta. Then return to Vilafranca for a Vinseum visit if not yet covered.
