The tour covers the cooperative's terroir-by-terroir parcel approach and the traditional-method sparkling production line, finishing with the disgorgement station and the bottle tirage cellar.

Maison Antech, the family-owned Limoux sparkling-wine house founded in 1933, runs a tasting room at its Domaine de Flassian cellars. The flight covers the Cuvee Eugenie Blanquette, the standard Cremant de Limoux Brut and the prestige Cuvee Saint-Laurent. The estate is the smaller-house counterweight to the Sieur d'Arques cooperative scale.
