History
Pfaffenberg is a recognised Riesling Ried in Kremstal, shared between Winzer Krems and Emmerich Knoll (who bottles it as a Wachau DAC wine from his Kremstal parcels). The cooperative's version offers the site's characteristic mineral character at an accessible price.
- 1960 — Winzer Krems first bottles Pfaffenberg Riesling as a single-site wine
