De Nit (Catalan for at night) is Raventos i Blanc's rose flagship, blending the indigenous trio with a small portion of Monastrell for colour and texture. Vinified under the Raventos family's private Conca del Riu Anoia appellation since Raventos i Blanc left DO Cava in 2013 to develop the proposed designation. Demeter-certified biodynamic since 2017.
