How to serve Can Feixes Chardonnay

Allow 15 minutes from open to pour.

  1. Open the bottle. Chill and open; a short breathe in a wide glass helps the oak settle.
  2. Serve cool. Cool but not cold lets the barrel-fermented texture show.
  3. Glassware. A white-wine glass with a generous bowl.
  4. Pair with the food. Roast chicken with cream sauce, Grilled monkfish, Mushroom risotto. Creamy sauces and meaty white fish suit the lees texture.

History
