Chaupin is a single-lieu-dit Grenache from sandy soils in the north of Chateauneuf; exceptional richness and concentration with silky but persistent tannins.

What it pairs with

  • Roasted saddle of venison
Dense concentrated Grenache matches bold game flavours.
  • Beef daube with black olives
Dark fruit and earthy minerality pair naturally with Provencal braised beef.
