What it pairs with
-
Roast lamb (lechazo)
The classic pairing for this Castilian region; the wine's fruit and oak complement the lamb. -
Roast suckling pig (cochinillo)
The rich, crispy pork and the wine's vanilla and cherry notes are a Segovia tradition. -
Grilled chorizo with bread
Casual, rustic Castilian eating pairs naturally with this approachable Crianza.
