History
Pago de Carraovejas was founded in 1987 near Peñafiel and released its first Crianza with the 1988 vintage. The estate quickly became known for its Bordeaux-influenced blend of Tinto Fino with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The property also hosts the Michelin-starred Ambivium restaurant.
