History
Protos Finca El Grajo Viejo was introduced in 2009 as the estate's single-vineyard flagship, drawing on the oldest Tinto Fino vines from the El Grajo Viejo parcel. It represents a departure from the cooperative's classic American-oak style toward a more terroir-focused expression.
