How to serve Flor de Muga Blanco Reserva

Allow 10 minutes from open to pour.

  1. Open the bottle. Chill and open; no decanting is needed.
  2. Serve cool. A little warmer than a fresh white lets the oak show.
  3. Glassware. A white-wine glass with a generous bowl.
  4. Pair with the food. Roast turbot, Creamy rice with prawns, Iberian pork cheek. Firm fish and rich rice dishes suit the volume.

History
