Mid-weight yellow stone fruit, chiseled limestone mineral and a saline finish. Full-bodied with racy acidity and a long finish.
Drink 5 to 20 years from vintage. Young bottles benefit from 30-60 minutes of decanting.
From the Dalsheimer Buergel single vineyard in the Wonnegau, sitting alongside the Hubacker Lage at Floersheim-Dalsheim.
