How to serve Izadi El Regalo Blanco

Allow 10 minutes from open to pour.

  1. Open the bottle. Chill and open; no decanting is needed.
  2. Serve cool. A little warmer than a fresh white lets the oak and spice show.
  3. Glassware. A white-wine glass with a generous bowl.
  4. Pair with the food. Roast monkfish, Foie gras, Truffle risotto. Rich fish, foie gras and truffle dishes suit the texture.
