It is 100 percent Kydonitsa, a rare Peloponnese white variety, from two estate plots.
Where do the grapes come from?
Two different owned plots: one at 380 metres at Koutsi with a fine-berry clone and one at 800 metres at Bozika with a large-berry clone, yielding around 900 kilos per stremma and picked in the second ten days of September.
