VORS Oloroso of extraordinary age and depth. Old leather, tobacco, dark coffee and dried orange peel with a very long dry and warming finish.

What it pairs with

  • Aged Manchego or Parmesan
The wine's intense savoury depth and full body are well matched by hard aged cheese.
  • Game stew (venison or wild boar)
Oxidative complexity and full body match the intensity of dark game meat.
  • Dark chocolate and sea salt
Bitter chocolate notes in the wine echo and amplify quality dark chocolate.
