History
Named after Empress Eugénie of France, the Jerez-born consort of Napoleon III, whose patronage of sherry in the 19th century was central to Jerez's golden era of exports. The Emperatriz Eugenia VORS is Lustau's old Oloroso certified under the Consejo Regulador VORS programme at minimum 30 years average age.
