History

Saint-Peray sparkling is one of France's oldest traditional-method appellations, predating Champagne's commercial sparkling production according to some accounts. Domaine du Tunnel revives this tradition with their Brut.

  1. 1829 — First documented production of Saint-Peray sparkling wine using traditional method
  2. 1995 — Tunnel begins producing Saint-Peray Brut, reviving the appellation's sparkling tradition
