How to serve La Rose du Meunier

Allow 5 minutes from open to pour.

  1. Open and pour. Open and pour directly; no decanting is needed for this style.
  2. Serve at 8-10°C. Serve at 8-10°C. Warmer pushes alcohol forward; colder mutes the aromatics.
  3. Glassware. Use a medium white-wine glass.
  4. Pair with the food. Salade niçoise, Grilled prawns, Charcuterie and melon. Match the wine's weight to the dish.
