Founding Corpinnat member (2019). Vinyes de Can Marti was approved Cava de Paraje Calificado before the Corpinnat transition.

Mestres family documented in Sant Sadurni since 1312 as grape and wine merchants; sparkling production from 1928 under Josep Mestres Manobens. In 1945 the family launched Visol, the first Brut Nature (zero dosage) Cava, registered with the Spanish Patent Office in 1948. The Mestres labels carried the word Cava from 1960, predating the DO. 90 hectares of estate-owned vineyards producing approximately 180,000 bottles per year.

Tasting: Tour of the Gothic Casa Josep Mestres palace cellar in central Sant Sadurni, with traditional-method demonstration and tasting of Visol Brut Nature, 1312 Reserva and Coquet Gran Reserva.

Tasting: Personalised tour of the cellars including the candle-lit Tresor Club room, ageing galleries and a tasting flight of Gran Reserva cuvees, often paired with local cheese and ham platters.

The trencadis ceramic artwork on the cellar exterior pays homage to Gaudi's Park Guell.

Tasting: Visit to the Finca Can Petit estate at 200 metres above sea level on the Espiells plateau, with Gaudi-influenced trencadis cellar artwork, vineyard walk and tasting of Vilarnau Brut Reserva and Brut Rosado.

Tasting: Cellar visit at the Monistrol d'Anoia estate including the 19th-century vinification galleries and tastings of Brut Nature and Reserva cuvees. Reservation required.
