In the glass
Aroma: cassis, dark cherry, roasted coffee, violet
Palate: concentrated dark fruit, graphite, fine-grain tannins, mineral
Legaris Premium is a concentrated, structured single-vineyard selection aged 22 months in new French oak, with intense cassis, graphite and violet from old Tinto Fino at Curiel de Duero.
What it pairs with
-
Roast Iberico presa with black garlic
Dense tannins and dark fruit need the fat of premium Iberico cuts. -
Wild boar stew
Concentration and graphite notes in the wine meet the gamey depth of wild boar. -
Aged Manchego with quince
Concentrated fruit and tannins balance the saline cheese with sweet quince.
History
Legaris Premium represents the estate's most meticulous selection, drawn from the oldest Tinto Fino vines at Curiel de Duero and receiving 22 months in new French oak in the Torres family's gravity-fed cave cellar.
