What it pairs with
-
Roast chicken with thyme
The wine's red fruit and cedar complement well-seasoned roast poultry. -
Grilled lamb chops
Classic Ribera match -- the wine's body and fruit handle lamb with ease. -
Tortilla española
Everyday red fruit register pairs well with the eggy potato omelette.
History
Legaris was founded in 2000 by the Torres family of Penedes in the Valladolid sector at Curiel de Duero. Their modern gravity-fed winery was designed to minimise pump-overs and handle fruit with care, with the Crianza showcasing the approach.
