What it pairs with

  • Venison with juniper berry sauce
The wine's extraordinary age and full oxidative depth match the intensity of slow-cooked game.
  • Aged Manchego curado and quince
Very old Oloroso is a natural companion to aged hard Spanish cheese with sweet quince paste.
  • Dark espresso chocolate
The tobacco and espresso character of very old Oloroso amplifies fine bitter chocolate.

History
