How to serve Forcada

Allow 10 minutes from open to pour.

  1. Open the bottle. Chill and open; no decanting is needed.
  2. Serve well chilled. Well chilled keeps the acidity crisp.
  3. Glassware. A standard white-wine glass.
  4. Pair with the food. Grilled prawns, Seared sea bream, Goat's cheese salad. Simple seafood and fresh goat's cheese let the grape show.
