Third-generation Foreau's flagship dry Vouvray from south-facing parcels on tuffeau limestone. Crystalline citrus and chalk minerality with remarkable cellaring.

What it pairs with

  • Lobster with beurre blanc
Full body and saline mineral handle rich shellfish; chalky finish cuts butter sauce.
  • Pike-perch with beurre blanc
Loire freshwater fish in butter sauce meets a Chenin with creamy lees and acidity.
  • Aged Crottin de Chavignol
Aged goat cheese and Foreau's chalky drive; lemon-citrus signature lifts the rind.
  • Roast chicken with truffles
Earthy black truffle bridges to the wine's stone-fruit depth and tuffeau mineral.
