Goat cheese and pet-nat Chenin Blanc are a Loire natural-wine cornerstone.
  • Fried calamari with lemon
Fried seafood and high acidity with a fine bead refresh the palate.

History

Epaule Jete was launched as a pet-nat from young-vine Chenin Blanc parcels at Vouvray. The cuvee predates much of the modern pet-nat boom and remains a Loire reference.
