What it pairs with

  • Lobster with beurre blanc
Full body and saline mineral handle rich shellfish; chalky finish cuts butter sauce.
  • Roast capon with mushrooms
White-meat poultry and earthy mushroom; the wine's stone-fruit depth handles roasting jus.
  • Truffled brie de Meaux
Truffle and creamy cheese bridge to the wine's stone-fruit and tuffeau mineral.
  • Pike-perch with morel cream
Loire freshwater fish in mushroom cream meets the wine's lees creaminess and luminous depth.
